Hi, I'm Jasmine.
I am a web professional with over three years of experience in interactive digital media, including web design, and six years in digital marketing and project management. I have a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster’s School of Business, granted both College and Departmental Honors. I also have a M.Sc. in Interactive Digital Media from the Trinity College Dublin with Distinction.
In my six years of digital management experience, I have been brought on to many rewarding projects. This included earning over $250,000 for a small glass company in Seattle through social media--a 210% increase when compared y/y; as well as, building an educational web app from scratch for a social justice nonprofit I helped to found, Activisme.
My main skills in web design are on the front end side: CSS, HTML5, JS, JQuery. I do have some experience with SQL, Python, Jinja. I work with a variety of CMS and will suggest one depending on what you want for your company. My usual preferences are Squarespace, Wordpress and Bootstrap.
Currently, pairing my background in marketing with my digital media skills, I work as a web consultant to help small to medium size businesses compete with larger competitors. With my unique background in business and tech, I can help your brand take its digital strategy to where you want it to be. I am especially excited to work with nonprofits, activists, political organizations, startups, and individuals with innovative spirit, global reach and the disposition to give back to their community.
